The following proposed amendments were discussed at the meeting on March 20, 2010 and will be up for vote on April 24, 2010.
Page 4; Voting # 6.
6. Any expenditure greater than one hundred dollars shall require a roll call vote of the membership. Expenditures less than one hundred dollars ($100), but greater than fifty dollars ($50.00) may be decided by a majority vote of the officers. Expenditures less than fifty dollars ($50.00) can be made by approval of the Chairman & Co-Chairman, providing funds are available.
Change to:
