with as many items that we have been getting for the raffle, and i know i'm the guilty party, would it be better to start the raffle earlier in the day? by the way slowing down is not an option......lol

I liked having the list of things that were going on.
I liked the idea of those who stepped up to just do a breakfest and said if you have some thing to share bring it over we'll cook it , if not just join us. ( WTG and thanks)
I liked the idea of a "work" list and hope more folks will put there names down next time.
Over all for me it was a well run meet , well done and thanks for all of you who stepped up in anyway to help pull this off.

Just TOO much stuff ( don't get me wrong it was all GOOD stuff and fun for everyone) going on without enough time to get it done in a timely manner .

suggestions !!
Chapter buy a air horn to let folks know a event is about to start. ( help the OLE guys out like me without a watch Embarassed

)

Chapter buy a rubber wheeled cart for campers to use to make set-up and careing stuff to and from car/truck/vans/Chapter trailer easier.

Maybe time to do some thing for those who have to fish from shore ;: IE
run a 50/50 raffle at each meeting that the money would be "ear marked" to help pay for a boat at a meet. Say 5 or 6 folks want to go into togather and the price is a little out of sight for them part of it would come out of this fund..............now everyone going in before they bought a 50/50 would know what it was for..............just some thing to think about or atleast talk over at the next meeting......
